It's time to immerse yourselves in your love story: start with this individual questionnaire and tell me all about how marvellous they are - and why they are just as lucky to have you!
Not everything here will appear in your final poem, but it will give me a rich pool to create from and a wonderful insight into what this person means to you, the impact they've had and the legacy they leave behind.

You can be as detailed and honest as you like with your answers - think of this as an opportunity to share with an open heart whatever comes to mind and enjoy remembering the moments that shaped your relationship, both great and small. There is no 'right' response, only what feels good to note down, and when we meet we can talk through what you would love to include (or what you don’t!) in your ‘Love Story’.
